MLSP, short for My Lead System Pro, is one of the biggest programs in the network marketing industry. Ray Higdon Who is He?

Network marketing has been a life changer for thousands of people. The freedom it gives people to enjoy their life without the stresses of a job is truly priceless. For one man this opportunity has proven very beneficial. His name is Ray Higdon. He was the MLSP “Leader of the Month” back in October of 2010 and continues to be a leader in our industry today. Life wasn’t always so great for Ray. He had his fair share of struggles on a long ride to financial freedom. You can learn a lot from Ray’s story and it may push you to reach the levels of success he did.

EARLY LIFE

Ray Higdon became an entrepreneur at an early age. He started selling candy to classmates in school and developed his passion there. By the age of 18 he was working three jobs to get the money he wanted. After noticing that even a high paying job didn’t equal freedom he decided that the typical 9 to 5 was not the ideal situation for him. He did not yet have an Internet marketing career on his mind, but the ball was rolling and he was on track to the life he now lives.

Jobs, Success, and Struggles

Ray’s first real job was as a project manager for Collier County Community Development Services, which, at the time was the second fastest growing county in the United States. Ray eventually worked his way to Enterprise Database Administrator, which means he made a lot of money and had a safe and secure job. This may sound good to most but not for Ray Higdon. He was bored out of his mind and needed a change so that’s what he did. He started a real estate coming and made a ton of money flipping properties. Then the recession of 2008 hit and next thing you know Ray was Bankrupt. After living a very comfortable life for so long Ray now was stuck with only 300$ in the bank.

The Turn Around

Once you hit rock bottom you tend to find yourself. Ray Higdon is the perfect example. Although he failed for 3 years with various MLM companies he did not give up. He studied attraction marketing and went on to make 10,000$ in his 5th month and 40,000 in his 7th month. He is now the top earner in his primary company, won 5 vacations and a new 2011 BMW!

We can learn a lot from this story. Its never to late to find success and freedom. The road you are on now may not be as smooth as you thought but at least you are still on the road. Taking time to really learn this business is vital to your success. He was able to create a strategic internet marketing plan that made him rich. Empower Network | Review | Jared Brown Marketing

There has been a lot of buzz about the Empower Network. This company is on the rise and prides itself on giving its members 100% commissions. That sounds great but is it too good to be true? I have been getting a endless amount of emails about joining the “company of the future.” I read most of them but decided that it was not something I was going to look into. Then one day someone on a network marketing forum in-boxed me some information on the company. I was intrigued and decided to take a look for myself.

As I went to the Empower Network website, I watched the opening video to learn more about the company. There’s a nice little presentation about how network marketers are not earning enough money by gaining on 20 or 30 percent of commissions. They highlighted the fact that we need to make money right away and how its not possible for those only working at their business part-time. I agree with some of the points but I wanted to know what makes their company so much better and how the compensation plan works.

Making money is the goal of any business and that’s what I focused on. Their opening video showed the success story of about ten individuals who had made tens of thousands of dollars in just a matter of months. While this sounds great and profitable it is something I heard before. I wanted to know how much where these commissions that I would be receiving 100% on. By the end of the video they said that it would cost 25$ per month to join. They also said every person in your downline would earn you 25$ dollars per month in commissions. They claim that one in every four people that watch the sales video joins their company. You would get leads send them to the lead capture page and make money.

Empower Network Statistics

Sounds like a pretty nice set up at first. You would just have to submit a blog article daily to a blog site they provide. They also handle the marketing for you. The only problem I had is that its only 25$ in commission. With other companies you can make over 25$ only getting 30% in commissions. Other companies offer bonuses and perks as well. If you still have to blog daily and bring it traffic you mind as well do it on your own and get more money. The Empower Network markets for you but there are thousands of people in front of you that they are helping. You don’t seem to have enough control. Then I read the small print and looked at the income statistics. 56% of their members are only making 1,300$ per year. 1% are making 84,000$ a year and less that 1% is making over a million dollars.

This is not a bad company. If you already have thousands of leads and are established then it is a nice bonus for your business. I would not bank everything on this company is you are starting off because it will take a lot of time to make a lot of money. The fact that a member from this company in-boxed me for help shows that its not going to guarantee you success. If you want to focus on article marketing without building a website this is the company for you.

MLM Training to Build Your Business Without A Lot of Money

The more I meet people the more I see the need to help others get started the correct way. Yes there is no wrong way to build your business, somebody out there can make any method work. This doesn’t mean that there isn’t one way that is better than the rest. You may find MLM training that will teach you how to find leads using various strategies. Some of these methods can end up depleting your savings account. You want to find free strategies that work and can make you money fast. Attracting leads should be the biggest focus on your list. Leads turn into prospects, prospects turn into buyers and buyers equal money.

No matter how many lead generating strategies the heavy hitters use, they almost always use article marketing. You have to build a blog or website that has quality content based on your industry. This should be your first MLM training course. You want to build a blog that brings in targeted traffic. This targeted traffic will attract targeted leads. You want to post keyword based articles to your blog, article directories and network marketing forums. Doing this daily will help you rank in the search engines. While you wait to rank in the search engines, promote your website everywhere from social networks to the blogs of others.

MLM Training

You will need a sales funnel set up so that all the traffic your are bringing in can turn into leads. The best sales funnel I have found so far has been My Lead System Pro also known as MLSP. They set up everything for you and also give you tons of MLM training that will walk you through each and every step. You will be able to track your leads, contact them and build relationships that will potentially turn into business relationships. MLSP is definitely not an option for network marketing.

To help make this process a little easier I suggest reading a book by Mike Dillard called Magnetic Sponsoring. This book will give you some of your most important MLM training. It teaches you to change your way of thinking so that you can be a person that easily convinces others to work with you. This will help you turn your leads into partners and money for your own company. I would suggest focusing only on these steps when starting out. Once you conquer these strategies then you can move on to different ones if you want to. Be consistent and never give up. Once you put the work in you will reach levels of success you can on dream of now!

As someone in the Internet marketing industry you most likely understand the ends and outs of this business. MLM Coach Benefits Are There Any?

Starting out in any business venture is not going to be an easy task. We all want to be successful and make a lot of money right away. The reality is that this rarely happens and that most fail time and time again before they succeed. Multilevel marketing is no different. It may not take years to make a good amount of money but it will not happen overnight. You could chose to learn the hard way, failing over and over again until you figure things out. Or you could take a shortcut and work with an MLM coach.

Many who are in the network marketing business may feel like they already have a great company and strategy and that they don’t need an MLM coach. This is not necessarily true. Some feel that a coach will only want something in return, whether it be money or you joining their opportunity. You should keep an open mind. The strategy you are using may not be the best option for you. Also the company you are with may not be the best one available to you either. Once you find someone who gives you advice you can trust, it is nothing wrong with considering their way over yours. Remember you are trying to make money. Finding the best way to do that is apart of the process.

MLM Coach Requirements

This may lead you to wonder what you should look for when choosing a MLM coach. To me the most important factor isn’t always going to be how much money the person has made. Just because someone has a lot of money doesn’t always prove that they are good at business. You want to look for a person who communicates well. This is important because you want to learn from this person. Your mentor should also have a plan and know how to execute it. Don’t blindly follow a person, but follow an idea. This is the only way you will be able to duplicate the success they already achieved. One famous MLM coach is Todd Falcone.

Finding the perfect MLM coach may take some time. While you are doing this you should also continue to educate yourself. Eventually you want to get to the point where you are not relying on anyone to help you. Always increase your own knowledge by learning as much as you can on your own as well as from a coach. Google PageRank Changes Can Destroy Your Business

By now I’m sure you are aware that Google is changing the way they determine the PageRank of a website. There are many rumors as to what exactly is being done. Many network marketers are panicking because they don’t want to lose their primary lead source, their blogs. The word across the Internet is that Google is going to punish those with a ridiculously large amount of back links. This has called many to question whether they should continue to invest time into a content marketing strategy. I believe that article marketing is still a valuable tool and I’m going to tell you why.

After doing research on Google PageRank, I found that not a lot has changed or even can change for that matter. Yes they are looking at those with a million back links as a bit of a red flag but that does not mean they are not still counting back links as valuable. This can be a benefit to newer network marketers. You may get noticed sooner for having a more realistic number of back links. Google is trying to cut out the use of automatic programs and wants users to get back links in more traditional ways. Visit forums and other blogs and get back links that way. Article submitters may still be helpful just don’t go overboard.

Google PageRank Facts

Despite their best efforts Google PageRank is still judged by back links. The issue is that they want content to actually be helpful not just be based on how many sites link back to your website. I am going to say this again, network marketing is still effective and content marketing is still the best way to go. To help prove that you are actually the author of the content you are publishing link it back to social networks such as Google+, Twitter, and FaceBook.

There are some suggestions I have so that you don’t damage your website or credibility. I wouldn’t buy back links. Buying a thousand back links at a time will definitely effect your Google PageRank in a negative way. Don’t try to get a bunch of back links in one day. Only do what would look normal for a regular person building links. Use social media. This is a great way to prove you are a person and not a robot. The more authentic you look the better off you will be.

So the MLM scare doesn’t have to mean the end of the world for your business. It just means you can’t use any shortcuts because of the Google update. This is just a small speed bump in our industry but nothing more than that.
