MLM recruiting may be the hardest part for you in the beginning. Just because you are good at getting leads does not mean that you are done. You have to be able to get others to sign up or join you and your business. Some may already have experience in marketing and sales. Others are just naturally good talkers and are able to convince their leads to work with them. In order for the less experienced to complete with the select few, I will go over some of the network marketing success tips that I have come across. This will give you a fair advantage in network marketing.
One important thing you have to remember is that you are not just trying to sign someone up to your primary company. MLM recruiting is more about offering your prospects the opportunity to work with you. The company’s products or compensation plan is not going to seal the deal automatically. Anyone can brag about how many bonuses and free cars their company can offer. Don’t waste to much time telling your MLM prospects how your company’s vitamin will help them live forever. You want them to join you as a business. You can offer more than your company can. If the company goes bankrupt you can succeed elsewhere if you know what you are doing. That is what is going to attract others and convince them to join your down-line.
MLM Recruiting
You may feel like you are new and cannot show that you have made 20,000 dollars in a month. That’s okay if you have a solid business plan in place you can still be successful. You want to make sure you able to thoroughly explain what your plans are and ask questions to your prospects. See if they can see your vision and make sure they will be good business partners. MLM gurus such as Mike Dillard and Katie Freiling have been very successful at MLM recruiting even before they where pulling in big checks every month. Everyone starts somewhere and if they did it why can’t you.
MLM recruiting doesn’t have to be a super hard task! Practice makes perfect. Have an outline written out so that you can stay on track when meeting with a prospect. You should not right out the conversation word for word. You never know what your lead might ask you so you want to listen and respond to what they say. Remember that you are the one in control of the conversation. If they are getting too far away from your outline you can politely tell them that you want to stick to certain points and that you will answer all of their questions eventually.
Do not be afraid to tell a prospect no! If they are not as dedicated as you are that is not what you want. Why sign up a person who will only quit in a month? Your time is precious so don’t waste it. You are always in control. Stay relaxed and focused on your goals. Its not just to sign up a million people in a week but to find partners who will also sign up a bunch of people. MLM recruiting will eventually become fun once you get used to doing it. Enjoy it, its not just about the money its also about the journey!
